
Sprint opens in second retail building, new office building started
Meridian Place is pleased to share that Sprint has recently opened in the community’s second retail building located adjacent to the Embrace sculpture.
In addition to the opening of Sprint, grading has started on the community’s first office building to be completed spring 2019. The 10,000 square foot office building will be anchored by the Latino Community Credit Union and a new orthodontics practice.
As the MoRA area continues to evolve, Childress Klein reports strong interest in both the retail spaces available at Meridian Place as well as the office offerings including a three-story 30,000 square foot building being pre-marketed.

MoRA area homes see up surge in sales
The growing interest and excitement around the MoRA area continues its climb as noted in the significant increase in the sales of homes over the past year in the area. Sales doubled in 2018 compared to 2017 as noted by this MoRA real estate agent, and homes sold for 99% of asking price and at an average of 45 days. Still MoRA homes represent a great value in the market.
