
Edge City Brewery opens with bang serving takeout growlers
As reported in Charlotte Agenda, Edge City Brewery opened last week serving takeout growlers. We are thrilled to share that the results of the launch as reported by CharlotteFive were incredible with Edge City selling out of all its stock of growlers within its first days. Look for Edge City to open later this fall. and with this opening a series of fun community events to commence in their new family and pet friendly quarters next to the Embrace sculpture.

MoRA area homes continue to see up surge in sales
The growing interest and excitement around the MoRA area continues to grow as reflected in the most recent home stats for home sales compiled by Ari Rodriguez. In the quarter ended June 2020, 38 homes sold for 98% of their typical asking price with an average of 26 days on the market. The average price was $325,204. Still MoRA homes represent a great value in the market.
