More art coming to the MoRA area
In case you missed it, another art project is coming to the MoRA area. The Patchworks project by renowned artists and trailblazers, MyLoan Dinh and Bunny Gregory, is in the conception stage at this time. Patchworks is another great example of the creative forces at work in this area and the great work of the MoRA organization. More details.
Edge City Brewery opens with bang serving takeout growlers
As reported in Charlotte Agenda, Edge City Brewery opened last fall serving takeout growlers. We are thrilled to share that the results of the launch as reported by CharlotteFive were incredible with Edge City selling out of all its stock of growlers within its first days. M Station Apartments continue to be a popular choice
The momentum of the MoRA area can be seen in the continued popularity and high occupancy rates for M Station and its spacious and distinctive one, two and three bedroom apartments. Meridian Place is adding a sweet new gathering place
Local favorite OMG Donuts and Coffee will be opening later this summer in Meridian Place in the building next to Edge City. Fresh donuts complete with custom fillings are the staple with OMG including classic glazed, maple bacon, and apple fritters. A full coffee bar serving Pure Intentions Coffees and a hand-scooped ice cream station will give area residents an excuse to visit OMG throughout the day.
Embrace sculpture becoming gathering place
The Embrace sculpture has become a gathering place for MoRA residents and a great venue for events. Creative gathering places like this are essential to making communities engaging and a source of connections.

MoRA area homes continue to see up surge in sales
The growing excitement around the MoRA area continues to grow as reflected in the most recent home stats for home sales compiled by Ari Rodriguez. In the quarter ended December 2020, 52 homes sold for a whopping 101% of their asking price with an average of 20 days on the market. The average price was $363,440. Still, MoRA homes represent a great value in the market.
