Meridian Place’s is adding a new dentist practice to its first office building now under construction and more than 80% leased. The new practice will join the Latino Community Credit Union and orthodontists A-List Smiles.
“We are pleased with the continuing growth of our commercial tenant mix, including key healthcare, dental and financial services firms serving the MoRA area,” said Roy Goode, developer of Meridian Place.
The new dentist practice is complemented by a growing list of restaurants and shops at Meridian Place including Hawthorne’s NY Pizza, Wingstop, McDonalds, and Sprint in addition to new tenants coming to the new MoRA Point development ranging from Starbucks to a newly opened Aldi grocery store.
Shell construction of the one-story 10,000 square foot building at Meridian Place will be completed this spring, and tenants will be moving later this spring and early summer. Scott Wilson and Henri Gresset of Childress Klein are marketing the remaining 1,900 square feet in the office building in addition to their work in pre-leasing a second three-story 30,000 square foot building.
Meridian Place is a transformative mixed use community located in the evolving MoRA area, blending apartments, offices, restaurants, shops and amenities. Located on Monroe Road adjacent to two interchanges of the Independence Expressway, Meridian Place offers a mix of amenities, creative gathering spaces and art in addition to its offices, shops and apartments.
