Rex Cleaners opened its doors to the MoRA community providing dry cleaning and alteration services for those in the area. Located in the same building as Hawthorne’s, this is the second location for Mr. Mo and his team at Rex. We welcome them to Meridian Place and hope that you will visit them soon.
Leasing agent Susan Clements of Childress Klein Properties reports that leasing interest is very strong at Meridian Place and that a second 10,000 square foot building is in the works and being permitted at this time. We look forward to getting this building under construction by early fall and to making additional lease announcements.
